Accepting Deposits
If you want to insure adopting one of our puppies, you may make a deposit if you wish, even before you visit the litter here at the kennel. If a deposit is made prior to birth for a specific gender and no puppies of that gender are born, that deposit is refundable. If a deposit is made for one of the puppies generally (no particular puppy or puppy gender selected), your deposit is refundable because we remove no specific puppy from the "available" list. However, if a specific puppy is selected and removed from the “available” list, that deposit is NOT refundable. (This is in view of turning down requests from new clients for the specific "not available" puppy, only to later learn the party with the deposit wants to cancel the purchase.)
In fairness, choice of puppy must be first come,
first served, with deposits taking priority.
