ABOUT US AND OUR GERMAN SHEPHERDS
There is a common thread of friendship between folks who have the good sense to love a German Shepherd Dog. Thanks for taking time to visit us. We hope you Bookmark this site because, even if you aren't seriously looking right now, someday you are bound to develop a yearning, an insatiable, unquenchable pining for an outstanding German Shepherd, and when you do, we expect you to be clickin' on our "door." (But that is probably why you are here today.)
Cornerstone German Shepherds is a two-family hobby kennel in central Texas, devoted to God, family, and the magnificent German Shepherd Dog. We are David and Lesa Scott, and Jerry and Elaine Johnson. Lesa is the guru of our Shepherds, with she and Elaine sharing the midwife, nurse, and “mom” function to all the babies. David is the on-call backup man to fill in when needed. Me? Well, I (Jerry) try to keep everything headed in the right direction, help in the “sanitation department,” and do the “man-things” needed around the kennel. Oh yes, and Larron, our 13-year-old grandson is the "brother" and entertainer of all the puppies, while lighting up our lives with his antics (along with 17 other grands). His observations about God and the puppies help us to see life through a youngster's eyes as simply a sequence of happy days.
We believe a German Shepherd puppy is an important investment. What else can bring as much on-going pleasure to your family as this devoted friend? A Cornerstone German Shepherd puppy is a purebred German Shepherd Dog, litter registered with the American Kennel Club, and with a very excellent titled pedigree. Every puppy is microchipped because we care. Our puppies are loved and socialized and monitored in view of one day leaving us to live with families like yours, families that will be as devoted to their welfare as are we. "A righteous man has care for the life of his animal..." (Proverbs 12:10). We believe that.
